TORA



TORA is an algorithm i.e. a mathematical set of instructions or programs (mathematical-software). It is an optimization system in the area of operations research which is very easy to use. Further, TORA is menu-driven and Windows-based which makes it very user friendly.

How to download and install tora

1.firstly download torafullsetup from above given link.
2.now download the .rar file

3.now extract .rar file(password=12345)

4.double click on the setup.exe
5.choose the folder where you want to install tora
6.now click on the computer icon to install
7.I think you installed tora successfully

if you get error "XINPUT1_3.dll is mission from your computer" when you open the epic games application for downloading the XINPUT1_3.dll file CLICK HERE then follow these steps 1.firstly click on the click here button which is given up and when you click on click here button a another page will be come out now click download button 2.now download the .rar file 3.now extract the .rar file  4.enter the .rar file password 12345 5.now cut these two files and paste on this file location c:/windows/system32 6.paste this file in system32 folder 7.hope you will fix this error 8.If you are'nt able to fix this then please watch this video if you get any other error then tell me in comment box.i will definitely help you THANK YOU
